condominiums: Keep in Touch with Past Prospects from "Open Houses"

I thought I would share this. One year ago I had a client that was looking for a condo and we found one but deal fell through! (Another Contract) Just thought I would mention this client was from an open house! I kept in touch with them and when another condo finally came on the market in the same complex I e-mailed them and let them know. They came down and Guess What! Their contract was accepted. We are now in Attorney Review! I have been going over all my old Open House Sheets and recontacting people ! Will let u know … (2 comments)
