It's one of my Real Estate goals/dreams, to get my picture holding up a check with my little explanation of how I received my clients through ACTIVE RAIN. Make eye contact: Don't be looking down and all around. Believability: Tell the truth, plain and simple. If you believe in yourself you'll be fine. Be on time: Clients want you to put them as your priority. Dress well: Wear the appropriate outfit. Familiarize yourself: With your clients property and who's on title. Monitor your speaking voice: Don't get to excited, take deep breaths if you're nervous. Market yourself: Let them know what you will do for them to market the property. You deserve to become their agent if you've done your homework and are prepared to take them on. … (1 comments)
