The day that we completed the staging of this remodeled home in a Portland suburb, I just KNEW it was going to sell quickly: the house had an open, modern, updated feel and was well-priced by an experienced listing agent. The sellers had already moved to their new home, and we staged this house to appeal to someone who loves to entertain ... there are great entertaining areas on both levels of this lovely home. Our Portland OR home staging company was recently selected to stage a newly-remodeled vacant home in a great Portland neighborhood. In this 1954-era home, the seller highlighted it's mid-century features while adding all of the conveniences that today's buyers are seeking. This home was listed on a Thursday, and by the weekend had 3 competing offers and SOLD for over asking price!

We recently staged a new construction home for a repeat builder/developer client. It was such a nice house to work in, with top quality materials and careful attention to detail. What a great bonus when as stagers, we have an appreciative client as well! Here are some photos of the finished project ... it sold in less than 90 days, much faster than the other new homes in this development.
