Following a tip from RECyber.com I went to the site www.Yearbookyourself.comand uploaded a picture. I had so much fun... I started doing the same with pictures I had of friends and customers. I started getting calls back from people I had not talked to in a while. I always look for cyber tips and REcyber is a great source. I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did. Happy Halloween! You can practically become a Picasso right before your customers and friends eyes. They will love this one. If you have an IPhone, download an application called face melt. Take their picture and then morph it send it back to them and label it. Or let them morph it while they are in your car waiting to see the next house, kids love it too. I give myself a raise by adding an assignable buyer's agreement at the end of the listing agreement. Why?? Because, I know they will be moving somewhere. Many years back, I found out that the settings can be changed in the way you receive your email, or you can request the settings be changed by your ISP(Internet Service Provider) This is how I started STAGING my emails.
