To me, this is a wonderful tme of the year; traditions - new and old - favorite recipes and (sometimes more fun) new recipes. Came across this one on the web when looking for a cranberry bread recipe. Made a few modifications - quick, easy, and think you'll like it! Pumpkin Cranberry Bread 1 c canned solid pack pumpkin (1 large can was enough for 2 breads and pumpkin pudding) 1 c sugar 1/4 c water 2 large eggs 1/4 c vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla 2 c flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda … (7 comments)
