operations manager: Just Keep Doing What You're Doing!

"Just keep doing what you're doing." This seemingly simple entreat captures the essence of why our operations manager is such an effectivel mentor. Early on, I didn't realize that Jim S. was really talking about practice, consistency and determination. Practice until what you have learned has become "second nature." Practice until you have mastered the concepts and can demonstrate them. Practice even when you don't see tangible results. As a former teacher, I had a difficult time accepting mistakes and, at times, downright failures.
