Okay, I stumbled upon this on Facebook and my mouth started to water. I have to share this with you all. It is a perfect appetizer to have at any holiday party this year. I really can't wait to make this at home! A wonderful time was had by all at the 20th Culinary Classique d' Elegance at The Inn at Spanish Bay Pebble Beach to benefit Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula. Thank you to Master Chef Bert P. Cutino for his never ending vision to such a worthy cause. Thank you to my colleagues Jeannie Fromm and Monika Campbell for asking me to help. Thank you to Executive Chef Thomas Snyder from "Esteban" for a fantastic dinner and to my friend Kelli Uldall for always being there. Meet Jimmy Fallon the Dog... Jimmy is my daughter's (Cristal Clark) rescue puppy. He is bull terrier and Australian shepherd mix, with a little border collie thrown in. They met at the Salinas Animal Shelter and it was puppy love at first sight! He is truly the sweetest puppy you will ever meet. Here he is giving me of a few of his puppy kisses the other day :)

I recently posted about a Special Car Week Reception at Alain Pinel Realtors, August 16th 2016, 4-7pm. All proceeds from this event will benefit The Monterey County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Why is it so important to support the SPCA right now?
