Wow, we are lucky to call Steinbeck Country home! My husband Dave and I had a lovely time at the Salinas Valley Food and Wine Winemaker's Dinner at the charming and historic Steinbeck House in Salinas, CA. This event is the official kick-off to this weekend's food and wine events, and we never miss this dinner! This year the menu was on point:
