Lead by the Turkish developers at Okan Group, the soon to break ground Okan Tower will be the next luxury high-rise in the rapidly developing Downtown Miami neighborhood. Planned to rise 70-stories over Miami Avenue and the redeveloped Flagler Avenue, the mixed-use project will include a 294-room hotel by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 236 condo-hotel units, 64,000 square feet of “Class A” office space, and 149 condo residences. Four ultra-luxury penthouses promise to deliver stellar views of Miami and Biscayne Bay from elevations of more than 600 feet above the city.

Downtown Miami is always in a constant state of flux as superstructures are being constructed at a faster rate than any other recent growth cycle.
