Facts: § It’s a proven fact that the majority of American consumers are spending time on-line. § Over 80% of all new homebuyers begin their search on-line or while shopping for a new home, will go on-line to see what is available. § We also know that Internet leads are the best and least expensive lead source. § Web based marketing can cost 30% less than traditional marketing.
