As 2009 gets under way I will be conduction my 11th year of selling real estate in the West Pasco market. The past 3 years have been trying times for home owners and Realtors alike, with declining home values, and dismal sales. People are always asking me, How bad is the market, are any homes selling? The Answer is, It's Picking Up, and Yes, Homes are Moving! There are 4,560 homes that are currently active in the Multiple Listing Service in the West Pasco area, which includes Homes, Mobile Homes, Modular Homes, Condos, and Villas.
