On Monday, March 2, the Mayor & City Council will hold a Public Hearing on proposed ordinance changes to Chapter 19 of the City Code that would update definitions and accommodations for e-bikes and e-scooters on City roadways and sidewalks. Also on the March 2 agenda is a Joint Public Hearing with the Planning Commission for the Schematic Development Plan for a 9.5-acre park located at 10901 Darnestown Road, the site of the former Consumer Product Safety Commission. City of Gaithersburg Public Hearings on Monday, December 2nd
The Mayor and City Council and Planning Commission will hold two joint public hearings on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. The first involves a proposed zoning ordinance amendment to continue the on-site parking requirement exemption within the Olde Towne District. The amendment also corrects a few minor housekeeping items. The second hearing is for the Sketch Plan for a new 9.5 acre park at the former Consumer Product Safety Commission site off of Rt. 28.
