Egg Plant and Wild Range India Pale Ale
Chef Dolores prepared a wonderful eggplant dish for our lunch at home and our beverage selection was the Wild Range Brewing Company IPA that we found at an Aldi store in West Virginia. The Aldi store in Gaithersburg does not sell wine or beer. This was a good combination. Drink responsibly. 6.9% Alc. by Vol.
