Book Suggestion: The Edge by Catherine Coulter

On of my summertime novels was The Edge (1999) by Catherine Coulter. This novel is one of the 18 books in her FBI Thriller Series. We picked up this new book at one of our favorite thrift shops to try the author. I enjoyed the book and will add the others to our list to obtain from the library.
This novel features FBI agent Ford “Mac” MacDougal as he investigates an incident that involved his sister Jilly running her Porsche off an Oregon cliff. There is plenty of action to maintain your interest.

A busy Saturday morning in Kentlands

I took a long walk through Kentlands and Lakelands this morning and watched some of the Kentlands/Lakelands 5K Run/Walk and joined in the finish line festivities. I was much impressed with an 87 year old man that had a strong running pace as he crossed the finish line.
There was plenty of entertainment since a number of musical groups were performing along the race route.
When I got home, I did some work in our garden until my back could not take any more bending.
Enjoy the Labor Day weekend!

Should  you use Facebook photo albums to market homes for sale?

Over 70% of Americans, including the majority of home buyers, use Facebook. Innovative real estate agents are using Facebook Pages to promote their services and are using Facebook Pages and Facebook Groups to highlight communities in which they live and work. Many title companies collect the Facebook information on area agents to allow them to receive notices on sponsored broker opens and open houses for public viewing.
Most listing agents, however, are not using Facebook photo albums to provide information on homes for sale. Should this change?  Will home … (23 comments)
