Sears to Close Lakeforest Mall Store in Gaithersburg, Maryland
According to news reports, Sears has added its Lakeforest location in Gaithersburg, Maryland to a list of stores expected to close by December of this year.
We know that the Lakeforest Sears was sold to investors back in March of 2018 for $4 million. We also know that WRS Inc., the company who bought the core of the mall, is in talks with the four department stores about purchasing the pad sites (which includes the parking lots). The MoCo Show
