Brookside Gardens, A Good Place To Visit On A Winter Day
We have a cloudy day and snow is predicted in Montgomery County, Maryland this afternoon and evening. The afternoon rush hour could be a mess for those heading north and west from the Washington, DC area.
It is a good time to turn our thoughts to beautiful flowers. One of our favorite local places to visit is Brookside Gardens which is located in the Wheaton Regional Park in Montgomery County. Currently, the annual Spring Exhibit is featured in the Conservatory. This is one of the good places to visit on a chilly day.

Brookside Gardens is located in the Wheaton Regional Park in Montgomery County, Maryland. Dolores and I visited the Conservatory on January 31, 2012 for the annual Spring Display of flowers and plants. It was also a very nice day for a walk through the gardens.
Enjoy the weekend and be sure to have your camera in hand to capture those special moments when you are out and about your community or your travels.

We have enjoyed spring-like weather in Montgomery County this week. Dolores and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather with a visit to Brookside Gardens in the Wheaton Regional Park in Montgomery County. The Spring Display is the current exhibit in the Conservatory. It was also a very nice day for a walk through the gardens.
We recommend a visit to Brookside Gardens with your camera in hand. It is one of the jewels of Montgomery County, Maryland.

Dahlias at Brookside Gardens
The Spring Display can now be seen in the Conservatory at Brookside Gardens in the Wheaton Regional Park in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Brookside Gardens is a local treasure that welcomes over 400,000 visitors each year. Take time to visit the conservatory with your camera in hand. The Spring Display will be featured until April 15, 2012.

Brookside Gardens Conservatory Spring Display
The conservatory at Brookside Gardens in the Wheaton Regional Park is a great place to visit in Montgomery County, MD on a cold winter day. The current exhibit is the Spring Display. www.brooksidegardens.org It is a good idea to have a camera in hand to capture the changing colors.
