Touring Colonial Heritage by Lennar, Williamsburg, Virginia
We were invited to visit Colonial Heritage, a Lennar 55+ active adult community in Williamsburg, Virginia and returned home on Tuesday after a four day, three night trip. We stayed in a model home, The Berkeley, which happened to be our favorite model in the community.
The Berkley model includes the sunroom option, the alternate master bath, the three car tandem garage and a finished walkout basement with the optional bedroon or den.
