Home office setup is really important for all of us that work from home. We’re going to be more effective if we set up our home office correctly from the beginning. We spend less time and energy finding stuff that we need. And we can earn more money because we’re organized. Where is an ideal place to have your office? A green office is a business that is energy efficient and environmentally conscious. It has healthier air circulation and less toxins in the environment that we’re breathing. Why have a green office? Awhile back, I took an REO workshop from a top REO broker in Las Vegas. She says that one of her keys to success is to always acknowledge and appreciate those people who help your business grow. She sends out thank you cards EVERY DAY. That's quite a big commitment. But how did this broker manage to get all those cards written with her busy schedule? "Every morning when I come into my office, the daily thank-you cards are written, addressed, stamped, and waiting for my signature." It’s important to affiliate ourselves with top producers. If you hang-out with the top producers, you’re going to be a top producer. If you hang-out with people who aren’t very active in the business, that’s probably where you’re going to be. So it’s all about affiliating with people who are where you want to be, and where you want to go. We recommend participating in a formal Apprentice Mentor Program.
