You want to create Goodwill by building relationships and investing in others -- but you can't afford to give away all your time, effort, resource, can you?
"Sure it is healthy to offer your expertise and time to potential clients and customers online, this is how you build trust and relationships.  Where it becomes dangerous to not only your business but your bank account is when you do not set boundaries. This is the biggest mistake that I see with online social networking.  People fall into what I call Panic Marketing Mode and they keep giving and giving, asking for nothing in return."

What's a snippet of time?  A short stretch that may otherwise be wasted.  Such as:
Sitting in the doctor's office Waiting for your teenager to finish sports practice While hosting an open house (empty spaces between prospective buyers) Riding in a car (or on the train, bus, subway) Sitting in front of a listing waiting for your client to show up In a long line at the bank Vow to NOT have any more wasted slots of time!  Use your time-snippets to:

Overwhelmed?  Too many distractions?  Busy all day but not producing income?  Wonder where your time goes?
Last year I received a critical time management tip:  I ask myself at the end of each business day, "What did I do to make money today?" And then I examine where I spent my time, and how much of it was spent on money-making activities.
