Baltimore City has a lot of undervalued neighborhoods, Hillen is my favorite example on the east side of town. A mere eight months later I got a call that they needed to relocate.

baltimore: Baltimore Real Estate for Creative Professionals - 02/15/14 10:48 PM
Baltimore real estate for creative professionals is a topic near and dear to me, for when I am not selling real estate I spend my time in the art world. This means my network is filled with artists, curators, critics, gallerists, collectors, professors, film makers, architects, and designers.
Creative professionals make excellent homeowners.
Beyond the old standard of artists gentrifying a neighborhood, creative professionals of my generation are in search of live / work spaces. This new urbanism is directly tied to our post-recession economy and the connectivity of an online world.

baltimore: Rachel's Guide to Evergreen Real Estate 21210 - 02/06/14 12:51 AM

Last year a VIP client of mine purchased a home in Baltimore's Evergreen neighborhood. Evergreen is a niche neighborhood within Roland Park 21210. From a selfish perspective this purchase was  significant because the buyer is my best friend. If I play my cards right they'll be some sweet hours spent enjoying the backyard this Summer.

As a community Evergreen is older than Roland Park which ranks as the nation's first planned suburban community designed by Olmsted. Many of the skilled craftsmen that built Roland Park during it's major period of construction (1895-1910) lived in Evergreen.

Once upon a time in Charm City there was a princess named Lyra who lived in a beautiful c.1927 townhouse along a tranquil section of West Old Cold Spring Lane. baltimore: Residential Real Estate Auctions - 08/07/13 06:37 AM
I'm passionate about real estate auctions. In the last seven years I've sold over $10,000,000+ of real estate at auction. I'm not the biggest operation in the Maryland, but I stand with the best. Many of my seller-clients fall under two categories; relocation or estate. At least 50% of my business is referred to me by brokers who have listings that can't or won't sell by conventional means. An auction consultation can help illuminate strategies worthy of consideration. Selling at auction is not merely a last resort, a well executed auction can be a highly effective way to sell real estate.  … (1 comments)
