Well, It is the first blog entry. Having been an old school recruiter for so many years, I had always discounted the internet as being an effective tool for recruitment and networking. How wrong I have been and how ill I feel for the lost opportunities that have passed by. My new blog resolution is to keep my profile updated and my thoughts fresh.
