lansdale: Announcing the opening of American Foursquare Realty - 08/13/18 09:38 AM
After many years in the real estate industry, I’ve decided to open my own brokerage.  I’m happy to announce the opening of Montgomery County’s newest real estate brokerage – American Foursquare Realty.
So – just what is an American Foursquare?
An American Foursquare is a style of house popular in the United Stated from the 1890’s through the 1930’s.  A style of home still seen across the country today.
The hallmarks of this style include a square, boxy design, two-and-one-half stories high home, usually with four large rooms on each floor, a center dormer, and a large front porch with inviting wide stairs. … (2 comments)

lansdale: I’m having an S.O.S. day – and LOVING it! - 03/15/11 07:20 AM
I'm having an S.O.S. day - and LOVING it! What?  Who likes to be in distress?!?
Well, my S.O.S. day is a bit different:
S is for Settlement.  We all love having those.  I had one for a buyer today.  The happy culmination of a few months' work.  It doesn't matter if you're at a settlement for a buyer or seller - this part of the S.O.S day is what proves that you have the skills to get the job done.
O is for Offer.  I just finished writing up an offer for a buyer client that we will sign tonight.  … (12 comments)

lansdale: MORE Snow in the Phialdelphia region!!!! - 01/26/11 11:52 PM
Depending on where you live in the Philadelphia region, you got between 12 and 17 inches of snow yesterday.
Ugh!  Enough already!  Between last year's record 65.5 inches of snow, and this year's accumulation we have had the snowiest two season total in recorded history!
Once again, local schools are closed, public transportation is at a standstill and air travelers are in for a day of gridlock.
How much real estate will be show and sold in the region today?  Not much, by my estimation.  I think I'm going to stay home and catch up on paperwork!

A huge crowd of all ages mingled under the humongous tent enjoying … (4 comments)

lansdale: What makes a town a great place to live? Ask someone who lives in Lansdale, PA - 06/21/10 11:49 AM
What makes a town a great place to live?
Above all, it's the people.  Regardless of the great restaurants, fun shops, beautiful parks or ease of transportation, a town is only as good as its inhabitants.

I live in Lansdale, Pennsylvania - population 16,071 .  That may sound small, until you realize that Lansdale is a small, historic borough located in Montgomery County. A county with 750,097 inhabitants.  And that county is located in the Philadelphia suburbs - a Metropolitan Statistical Area with over 5.8 million people.
So how does little Lansdale stand out?  Well, when I walk to our Main … (8 comments)
