Low Interest RatesInterest rates are currently below 4 percent, which means affordability is very high right now. While this is great for first time home buyers, this is also a great time for current home owners to consider refinancing their homes. Refinancing is especially a great idea for home owners with interest rates higher than 4 percent and if you are planning on being in your house for more than 5 years.

real estate: What Is The Debt To Income Ratio When Buying A Home? - 12/11/14 02:16 AM

By Birtola Garmyn Real Estate
One common question every home buyer has on their minds when they first start thinking about buying a home is how much home they can really afford.
The answer to how much home you can afford relates to your debt-to-income ratio.
What Is Debt To Income Ratio (DTI)? Debt-To-Income-Ratio (DTI) is factored by adding up all of the monthly bills you are responsible for paying every month then dividing that number by your gross monthly income.
Most lenders want to see a DTI of no more than 40% especially since recent changes in the mortgage industry thanks to … (0 comments)

How to Find a Real Estate Agent in Central Oregon to Meet Your Needs:
Selling or buying a house is likely to be one of the biggest financial transactions of your lifetime, making it crucial to find a qualified agent! Many people wonder why they would need an agent in the first place, and think that agents only want a commission, and do not really care about your wants and needs!

real estate: You Can Make Money by Investing in Real Estate - 05/16/14 10:07 AM
Real estate purchased as a personal home is the typical way many care for the needs of their family; but other than a minimal tax write off for interest expense, and perhaps some accumulation of wealth through appreciation, the benefits of home ownership are not measured in the same financial terms as properties acquired through real estate investing. Homebuyers are looking for safe tree-lined neighborhoods, good school districts, ample amounts of bedrooms and bathrooms, and beautiful open floor plans.

Real estate investors never buy real estate investment properties based upon these things other than how they might influence rents and … (0 comments)
