I know that many people will disagree with me about the business of buying HUD Homes in Branson MO Real Estate, or anywhere for that matter. And I know that there are instances where people might get a good deal on a HUD property. But, for the most part, I see them on the market at market prices. Most always the utilities are turned off, and buyers have to have then turned on at their expense just to do a home inspection. I don't see HUD making repairs either. HOA Rules! WHAT CAN POSSIBLY GO WRONG?? Plenty! IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU do your due diligence BEFORE your purchase – and it will pay off with many years of enjoyment.
