WITH TODAYS INTERNET SAVVY BUYERS, A SHOT OF THE EXTERIOR OF A HOUSE IS NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION. THEY WANT TO SEE MORE, MORE, MORE! I HAD A BUYER WHO TOLD ME THAT IF A LISTING HAD NO VIRTUAL TOUR ,OR AT LEAST SOME INTERIOR PHOTOS, HE WOULD SKIP RIGHT PASSED THE LISTING. AT APPLESEED REALTY GMAC, WE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS EFFECTIVE TOOL TO MARKET OUR PROPERTIES TO THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. SORRY TO SAY,MOST LISTINGS IN OUR MLS HAVE NO VIRTUAL TOURS! HOPE SOME OTHER AGENCIES ON STATEN ISLAND WILL RECOGNIZE THE BENEFIT OF VIRTUAL TOURS AND ADD IT TO THEIR MARKETING PACKAGE. … (6 comments)
buyers: WHO EARNED COMMISSION?

Is the seller's agent who INTRODUCES a buyer to a house(gives buyer the address) or the seller's agent who BRINGS ABOUT THE MEETING OF MINDS-- with the same buyer and the same house--due commission? Some agents feel that if they INTRODUCE a buyer to that house and every other house for sale, they are the procuring cause of that deal and due the commission. Comments please! … (1 comments)
