Dixie Lake is a private all sports lake. It’s a smaller lake at 78 acres. So if you are an avid waterskier or water boarder then this may not be the lake for a very active water sports enthusiast.

The lake is actually in Independence Twp. but everybody says Clarkston. Many of the homes on Deer Lake are bigger. Some of them ranging into the million dollar plus range.
