Here are the 3 least expensive Livonia homes for sale os of 5/8/2018. Livonia is a great place to live. I lived there for 23 years. The schools are solid and the teachers work hard to prepare the kids to go to college and to become solid members of society. City services are excellent especially when compared to other cities in Metro Detroit. And I can't say enough about the firemen and the police in Livonia. I loved living there and I probably wouldn't have moved if Livonia had lake homes.
