Amazing Pizza! I ordered a build your own pizza from the Crippled Cow located in Bronco Billy’s Casino. It is amazing! I can not rave about this pizza enough. It is just what I was wanting, and the wood brick oven makes it taste like a million bucks! Price is not bad at all for the pizza (I built my own) it was under $15. That is with Garlic Parmesan sauce, bacon, pepperoni, and extra cheese. An amazing place to get pizza from! It’s summer and the activities in the Cripple Creek Victor District are gearing up! The Butte Theater in Cripple Creek is gearing up for another round of great shows. Starting with the Cripple Creek Ragtime Review which runs June 2nd through July 28th. After Dark A classic Melodrama and Olio runs June 23rd through August 24th. A little rain helps plants, animals, and life in general thrive. Most of the western half of the country has been in a massive drought for many years. These recent storms in Colorado are a huge relief for the drought stricken area. However they do pose some other issues. On of the biggest we are seeing now is the flooding and the damage caused by that. In Victor a large pond formed next to the Phantom Canon road. A market review for the month of April for the Cripple Creek- Victor area. In the month of April we saw a downward trend in single-family residences listed and sold however the sold prices have rose 54.6% from last year. In the townhome and condominium market there has been little change for the month of April. Another positive sign for the month of April was the days on the market have decreased by 58.4% from last year with the average being 52 days on the market.
