Like many agents out there we always try to get valuable feedback from past showings on our listings. We do this to be sure there isn't something we are not seeing and also to be sure the home is priced right and in the showing condition that the potential buyers and showing agents want to see when showing our listings. I recently heard of one agent that asked if agents are still asking for feedback, because she doesn't see any value in it.
