Calgary Single Family Home Sales reached 1,172 units in August 2012, compared to 1,104 units sold in August 2011.
Single Family Home Average Sold Price was $474,917 for August 2012, compared to $454,141 in August 2011.
Single Family Home Median Sold Price was $420,000 in August this year, compared to $402,000 in August 2011.
