We are members of the Western Mountain Resort Alliance. This is a group of real estate boards that service the major resort markets of the United States and Canada.
The first quarter stats are out and the Truckee and Lake Tahoe real estate markets look like a very good opportunity for buyers compared to other resort areas. The Truckee and Lake Tahoe real estate markets were one of the first resort markets to do a correction. Some markets are still seeing significant drops and some like the Truckee market are showing signs of a bottom.
