Dear Client; Market Overview The market is taking its seasonal cool down, which is typical for this time of year. Once skiing ends and summer is yet to start, the real estate traffic slows down dramatically. The weather has also been very challenging this spring. So, we will need to wait for the end of June to come and see what happens to the demand. There have been some incredible deals in the last couple of months, especially in the lot department. The Tahoe Donner Real Estate market has been on fire since August of 2009. Sales of homes in Tahoe Donner for the last quarter is equal to the highest number of sales levels on record. Certainly buyers have been getting terrific deals and interest rates have been exceptionally favorable. What would one attribute to this phenomenon? The buyer for second home real estate belongs to a very narrow demographic group. Holy mackerel Batman can you say hot chili. This market just continues to roll. This could be the biggest November since we started keeping monthly market stats in 1992. Multiple offers, all price ranges, lots of cash deals and in multiple areas. The buyer snowball is rolling and the great deals are disappearing.

There were 44 home sales holy wow! No lot sales, sellers are still keeping their asking prices up.
