Help....Price drops- will the bottom come up?
The seller says to price it to sell, "within reason."  You have looked at the competition, what has sold and what you have to sell is simply better, of better quality and craftsmanship...you know this from having been in countless homes during tours, having scruntinized the data, knowing the area of the subject property AND the comparable sold and active competition listings.
