Big Gold Star for a Cooperating Agent! Short sales are not for the faint of heart, nor the impatient. Bank requests for the same thing over and over and over, or for items that are really not needed. Gotta love them *sarcasm*. These files get HUGE while we work on approvals! It's not as if it has never happened before, but once again, we had a list of annoying items that truly are not needed for a short sale approval, but we had to get the items "Or they would close the file".
