It's Monday morning and you are about to look over who attended your open house yesterday.  Your phone rings and it's a call from your seller telling you that there are prescription drugs missing from their home.  WOW!  
Is your seller implying that you are to fault?  
Did you not inform the seller about securing the drugs in a safe place?
As REALTORS we need to inform our sellers during the listing agreement to secure their home of all material and drug products that would be of value to the general public.

In the past month in Toledo, Ohio real estate sales and listings have risen above the levels of last year.
December sales of single-family homes in Lucas and Upper Wood County reported by the Toledo Board of REALTORS 2012, and increase of 9% compared to the previous month totaled 386. This was an increase of 6% compared to December of 2012.

First up is some positive breaking news for the housing market. Shadow inventory of homes is declining, providing a dose of good news for the glum housing market. Shadow inventory, or homes on the verge of foreclosure, fell to 1.6 million units representing a five-months supply in July compared to 1.9 million units representing a six-months supply a year ago, according to CoreLogic. It’s a good sign that troubled homes, normally headed toward foreclosures, are getting sold faster. Lesser inventory will help stabilize falling prices on homes for sale.
