2013 was an great time to buy and sell in the MAUMEE OH area REAL ESTATE MARKET. Interest rates were at an all-time low for Buyers--and they still remain low. Whisper Woods Subdivisionis located off Angola Road. As you travel through this subdivision you will eventually meet up with Deerfield Forest which is off Hill Avenue. There are quite a few trees in this subdivision and offers a variety of styles.
As you can see from this picture the sun is out, the bushes are green and the and it must be at spring time.
Writing about this subdivision in February 2011 you probably know that the Toledo, Ohio area has had a lot of snow in the past couple of weeks. I like this picture a lot more … (0 comments)

Holland, Ohio is a fairly small community just west of Toledo, Ohio with Airport Highway as the main road from Route 475 to Toledo Express Airport which is just west of Holland. There are a variety of homes and prices in the Holland area--some are in the upper price range as well as some in the lower price range.
Springfield Hills is a subdivision located off Hill Avenue between King Road and Mc Cord.
Currently there is only one active listing. During the past year there have been five home sales in this subdivision.

Where is Sylvania, Ohio? If you know where Toledo, Ohio is, Sylvania OH is just northwest of Toledo located off Route 23 exit to Monroe Street. It's a large community which has its' real estate divided into north and south Sylvania. The following statistics are for South Sylvania.

Where is Holland, Ohio? If you know where Toledo, Ohio is, Holland, OH is just west of Toledo located off Route 475 exit to Airport Highway. It's a community a large shopping center right off Route 475. The Springfield School district recently earned the distinction of Excellent with Distinction by an Ohio committee. In previous years Springfield has earned an Excellent rating--this was the first time for the additional rating of Distinction.
