Getting client feedback--hmmmm.  The only one I used was a blank form for my clients to fill out towards the end of the listing or purchasing a home.  In looking at "Which one(s) are you using, and how's that working out for you? Are you willing and able to try something new?  I saw many different ideas to get a better picture of how they interpreted what I did and how it affected them.  Good wake-up call!

Very good article.  I too live in an area where some homes and condos are on the water and some are not.  So there is a variance in pricing.  Our area (Toledo, Ohio) has been hit hard with this recession--a home that was worth $150,000 five years ago is now worth $110,000.  I have a software program that shows a graph of where homes are listed and what the average sale price is for that area.  That has been a great marketing tool!  If you want more information just let me know.
