Prairieville is located in and is a part of Ascension Parish. It is south of Baton Rouge and north of Gonzales. We are about 45 mins north of New Orleans. We've seen extrordinary growth here in recent years. A new Super Walmart, many new office buildings, banks, restaurants, etc. Our schools are sought out Ascension Parish School Board. Sports, golf courses, tennis courts, parks, fishing, gymnastics, health clubs, swimming, etc. there's something for everyone. Ascension Parish Tourism 20mins from Downtown Baton Rouge where the USS kid, Casino boats, riverwalk are located.
