Recently, we SOLD a home we listed for sale in Valparaiso, Indiana which closed escrow during the COVID-19 shelter in place order in Indiana.
 
The sellers were out of state owners (California).
 
Thankfully, Indiana's Governor Holcomb listed Real Estate as Essential Services and so with the use of CDC guidelines, showings and inspections appraisals and closings continue with precautions and waivers in use.

Sold recently = A 1st Time Home Buyer was referred to us by a co-worker that had used our buyer representation services previously to buy a home!
 
This Portage, Indiana 46368 Home is now sold to a happy client!
 
Back in the 3rd week of March,  local Title Companies in Northwest Indiana started doing drive up closings only for buyers and sellers using CDC recommended precautions and socal distancing.
As REALTORS representing clients, we were available by phone or face time only.
