Since the Seller was Cooperative and the Buyer Qualified, the Approval process was quick with a Cooperative Lender.

Many years ago, when Jeff’s Grandfather (bless his soul) was a business owner in Muncie, IN during tough economic times, banks were not giving out many loans.
…So, rather than go out of business….

Did you know this ? ......
By law, your loan cannot be completed and funded until the 8th day after your application for your mortgage has been completed and executed. Taking into consideration Sundays and Holidays (that are excluded from the 8 day count), the last day upon which your Purchase Agreement and mortgage application can be completed is November 19, 2009.
That means it's crunch time!
