Pasco County residents and homeowners in process are about to receive an additional endowment from the County, already the recipient of some of the highest numbers from the NSP (Neighborhood Stabiliozation program) funding this year. Now, Pasco homebuyers can qualify for another ONE MILLION DOLLARS (see the pinkie?) in down-payment assistance and closing costs. According to the announcement made by PCCD, more details on how to qualify will be forthcoming in the next week!

There are currently 877 properties on the market in Pasco County FOR SALE, as of today's date. 269 foreclosure properties are currently UNDER CONTRACT in Pasco County. 52 foreclosure homes SOLD in the first half of the month, and the average price per square foot was $76.84. Sales in Pasco County were distributed as follows:

Yes, it's true--The State of Florida has a lawsuit against the Nation's largest lender--Countrywide Mortgage, while Bank of America finishes it's acquisition of the troubled company. Our State's Attorney General says Countrywide HAD to know they were giving loans out like handing lollipops to diabetic babies. Big news, right?
