It takes more than just properly staging your home to get it sold. The most important factor is pricing. It takes the perfect balance of price and condition to sell quickly. If either is out of balance the effect is a home on the market for too long. Price based on the trends of homes sold in the past 4 months and stay competitive with those that are active on the market.
