Short Sale Listing in Tucker Georgia Great Buy For First Time Home Buyer I have a listing at 1714 Gloucester Way that will be a steal of a deal for a first time home buyer. This is a short sale. The lender will have to approve the price. That's because the current price is less than the owner owes on the mortgage. It needs some cosmetic love but the "bones" look great to me. The yard is out of control but some weekends with a saw and some leaf bags could perform a metamorphosis on this ugly duckling.
