We have huge respect for the Sellers that we assisted in a short sale that have worked hard to regain their credit scores, save money and are ready to buy homes again. We wrote a blog about this a while ago which lead us to being featured on Publc Radio. If anyone questions if their blogs are blown into cyberspace, never to be heard from/of again....Today was living broadcast proof...that is not the case ! The phone rang and it was a reporter for Milwaukee Public Radio who had read our blog on Boomerang Buyers. For anyone who missed this blog or is unfamiliar with the term...Boomerang Buyers are people who have been thru a Short Sale, A foreclosure or bankruptcy and are ready to return ot the market as homeowners. "I CAN'T be a Boomerang Buyer...My Spouse was supposed to Pay the Mortgage !" cried the prospective Buyer. Unfortunately...You ARE a Boomerang buyer because....your name was still on the mortgage after your former spouse stopped paying the mortage. Boomerang buyers are Buyers who have come back into the housing market after have experiened a short sale or foreclosure.
