There are agents...we have learned...who don't use...believe there is a need...have other methods they use rather than using a CRM which can be an expensive investment in your real estate practice. Different brands have different capabilities..and the more features that it offers the more expenseive an investment it becomes. Agents develop alternate methods to cover all the things that they WISH a CRM would do...and often...the methods don't quite integrate into the daily practice of real estate and all the multitasking involved.
