dogs in homes for sale: Don't let Fido be the Reason Your House Does Not Sell

Whenever we take a listing where one of the residents is a dog...we discuss what will happen to the dog when there are showings. Will he kenneled...take a trip to doggy daycare...a walk with the Seller or the dog sitter ? The dog cannot be left to wander the house and be part of the tour with buyers and agents. We know he is friendly...licks our hands and brushes against us.....follows us everywhere. But sometimes...animals and the people who tour your home have unpredictable behavior.
