We were talking with a former Seller/Buyer the other day. We sold her home when she divorced and sold her a condo when she started her new life as a single person. (Divorce IS the niche that keeps on giving and our purple envelopes keep in touch with Sellers who become Buyers.) We had met her parents...also a part of the purple envelope mailing list and they are now considering selling their home and moving to a senior living complex. In the newsletter we feature different aspects of home ownership from decorating to energy savings, new products, maintenance reminders … (15 comments)
