An unfortunate fact is that EVERYONE knows someone who has had their life touched by cancer. A relative, a friend, a neighbor....we applaud the survivors and join with Matt Anderson, Matty himself, in doing more to contribute to the numbers of survivors of this indiscriminate disease that knows no boundaries of age, sex, ethnicity, neighborhood or kind of disease. There are currently over 13 million cancer survivors...Do your part in increasing that number.

We often seek out the "supper club experience" when we dine out...it is a literal "taste of nostalgia" ...it feels good and tastes better. Time was when old fashioneds and highballs were the drinks of the day...white linen napkins carefully folded at each place.
Before the salad was served, a relish tray arrived adored with radish roses and stalks of green onions...warm dinner rolls and pats of butter carefully arranged....leisurely sips and a tastes while you waited for the next course. Likely a homemade soup before the entree.
