It is not a secret in our practice...it is a tradition...every Tuesday..rain, shine, snow, sleet.. Nacco Tacho Tuesday is a regular "celebration" that happens without fail. It is our own, very informal but we feel, very, one on one networking. The guests are varied. They can be...contractors...plumbers, electricians, radon mitigation specialists, foundation experts and roofers. They have been lenders, lawyers, investment counselors and mediators. Present - past and potential Buyers and Sellers...members of our Sphere ALL know that is where we will be on Tuesday and they really do call ahead to reserve their day ! . The fall and winter have always been busy times in our real estate practice and this one is exactly that sales pattern. We jumped in the car and made a few stops on our way to get our next listing ready for the market...David looked at the dashboard and the car's computer indicated that the left front tire was losing pressure. We immediately pulled into a parking lot...and looked for the cause...nasty nail picked up somewhere...and the pressure was going to continue to drop. In this digital/internet/highly technical day and age....Agents and Other related businesses can easily get wrapped in google, fascinated by Facebook, worried about Wordpress...preoccupied with Pinterest....the list goes on and on...and the decisions of where to be and what to do...who will do it...spiral as the number of opportunities continues to grow across cyberspace. Spring brings with it the fresh thoughts of a new season....(not so much yet weather wise in Wisconsin) and it is when we choose as a time for our own "tune up"and trips to get our physicals, dentai cleanings...all the "routine systems maintenance" to be sure … (18 comments)

A busy week and busy weekend and we were struck by the ways that business came to us....as we always keep track of the sources of each buyer and seller lead...whether they materialize or not to continue to foster those area that are producing business for us. Our monthly purple envelope campaign to our sphere, business referrals and prospects is a always a consistent number one as a source of business....and continues to grow. We also network with the contractors that we refer business to....and will be going on a listing appointment this morning … (36 comments)
