We have been fortunate in our Market Center (that's "Kellerish" for Office) to have an excellent DOFI (Director of First Impressions...Also Kellerish for a position not likely that most other brokerages have in their office. She is the voice of the office....the person who greets you....what she is not is a receptionist...or an assistant....she IS all things real estate to everyone who walks in the door or calls the Market Center. She knows the Keller Williams model....and has worked hard to go above and beyond her duties. She enters our listings in MLS ...she is not a "Gal Friday"....More like … (10 comments)
